Return Policy — Cowgirls & Lace
At Cowgirls & Lace, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, in the same condition as received, with tags attached when applicable, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, contact cowgirlsandlaceonline@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to: 1111 Highway 290 W, Dripping Springs, Texas 78620. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Exchanges / Replacements
If you need a replacement or exchange, the item must meet the same eligibility requirements (unopened, unused, and in original packaging). Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to the store and for the shipping costs of the exchanged item. Availability is not guaranteed until the exchange is processed.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, personal care goods (such as beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, sale items, and gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the funds.
